It still uses the brand's unique thin "BIWA" cotton (inherited from Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, Japan during the Edo period, so the brand is also named BIWACOTTON), and then overlaps the two pieces of cloth to improve breathability. Create a heavy and thick texture without losing weight.
The surface of the fabric is deliberately made to have a strong concave and convex feeling (similar to hemp texture), which greatly reduces the sweat sticking to the skin after wearing it. It won’t bake faster because of the 100% cotton content. These cotton materials have been passed down from the Edo period to this day! During the production process, the yarn is twisted more than twice as much as ordinary yarns to make the fabric more comfortable and have a unique touch feeling. The origin mark of the collar is changed to a printing method, which solves the problem of "scratching the neck" when wearing it and makes it more comfortable. The middle back position is made using the upper "bone breaking" method (that is, two pieces of cloth are sewn together). Since the fabric is thin, this sewing method can effectively control the width of the shirt body.
