It uses "BIWA" cotton inherited from Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture during the Edo period of Japan, so the brand is also named BIWACOTTON. The characteristic is that the surface is deliberately made to have a strong concave and convex feeling (similar to the feeling of hemp), which greatly reduces the sweat sticking to the skin after wearing it. It won’t bake faster because of the 100% cotton content. These cotton materials have been passed down from the Edo period to this day! During the production process, the yarn is twisted more than twice as much as ordinary yarns to make the fabric more comfortable and have a unique touch feeling. The origin mark of the collar is changed to a printing method, which solves the problem of "scratching the neck" when wearing it and makes it more comfortable. The middle and back positions are all made using the "bone breaking" method (that is, two pieces of fabric are sewn together). Since the fabric is thin, this sewing method can effectively control the width of the shirt body.
